AEX Convention Services, a nationally recognized General Services Contractor (GSC) and leader in immersive event environments, is pleased to announce the addition of Magda Jaworska, CPA, CGMA, as Controller. Magda joins AEX with more than 15 years of experience across accounting and finance, with a background partnering with executive teams at Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and private equity-backed businesses. 

Throughout her career, Magda has developed a strong ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support smarter decision-making and stronger business operations. Her experience with technology, automation, reporting, and process improvement aligns closely with AEX’s continued focus on efficiency, growth, and operational excellence. 

In her new role, Magda will help advance AEX’s financial reporting, data, processes, and overall financial operations. She will work closely with Patrick, Lena, Mike, Greg, and department leaders to support the company’s continued growth and strengthen the financial foundation behind the experiences AEX creates. 

Known for her solutions-driven mindset, global perspective, and strong financial expertise, Magda brings valuable experience and innovation to the AEX team.
