With more than two decades of experience spanning fundraising events and full-scale event management, Amber brings a robust, service-focused background that strengthens AEX’s ongoing commitment to elevating the exhibitor experience.  

Throughout her career, Amber has been dedicated to developing strong customer service teams, nurturing talent, and building service models grounded in clarity, empathy, and consistency. Her leadership philosophy – “be nice, be helpful, be honest” – reflects the values that guide her approach to team building and exhibitor support.

As Director of Exhibitor Services, Amber will lead the department through its strategic transition under the Sales division, focusing on three key priorities: elevating exhibitor communication, developing knowledgeable service consultants, and expanding the team’s capabilities to meet the evolving needs of AEX’s growing client base. 

Originally from Athens, Georgia, Amber brings a strong sense of community, balance, and authenticity to her role. A devoted Georgia Bulldogs fan, active volunteer, and dedicated mother, she is known for balancing competing priorities with grace. Amber joins AEX with enthusiasm, ready to help shape a department defined by professionalism, reliability, and an exhibitor-first mindset.
