Exhibitor Services
More Time
For Business.
Exhibitors are there to connect, build relationships and grow their business. The less time they spend figuring out the mechanics of the show, the more they can focus on what brought them there.
To an Exhibitor, It’s All Part of the Show
Exhibitors don’t separate the ordering process, freight experience, service desk or show-site support from the event itself. To them, it’s all one experience.
That’s why the role of a GSC goes well beyond moving freight and filling orders. Every interaction is another opportunity to make the show easier to navigate, or harder than it needs to be.
We think the operational side should stay where it belongs: supporting the experience, not becoming the experience.
When exhibitors can spend less time thinking about how the show works, they have more time to focus on why they came.
The Work Behind the Exhibitor Experience
Every show has its own deadlines, requirements and ways of doing things. What feels routine to those of us who work in events every day can be anything but routine to an exhibitor.
Good exhibitor service starts by making the path clear: what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and where to find what they need.
From ordering deadlines and shipping instructions to labor, furnishings, flooring, graphics and other show-specific services, clear information upfront means fewer surprises later.
Exhibitors don’t need to know everything about how the show works. They just need to know what comes next.
Advance warehouse. Direct-to-show. Material handling. Marshaling. Empty storage. Outbound freight.
In our world, those are everyday terms. To many exhibitors, they’re a whole new language.
There’s a lot happening behind the scenes just to get exhibit materials where they need to be. Our role is to make that process easier to understand and navigate, from receiving freight before the show to moving materials onto the floor, storing empties and getting everything headed back out again.
Exhibitors shouldn’t have to speak fluent freight to have a successful show.
A booth can be standing and still not be ready.
Flooring down. Graphics where they belong. Furniture in place. Labor coordinated. The last little things handled before the doors open.
The measure isn’t how much went into the space. It’s whether the exhibitor can walk in, look around and get to work.
The build should support the business happening inside it, not become another thing the exhibitor has to manage.
Once the doors open, months of planning meet the reality of a live show.
A shipment is late. Something needs to move. A last-minute order comes in. A question needs an answer now, not tomorrow.
Those moments are part of events. The goal isn’t to pretend they won’t happen. It’s to keep them from taking over the exhibitor’s day.
Good show-site support keeps small issues small, answers easy to find and exhibitors focused on the people standing in front of them.
Exhibitors should be focused on their business, not ours.
Once the show is over, there is still a lot happening behind the scenes.
Empties need to come back. Booths need to come down. Materials need to be packed. Freight needs to get to its next destination.
Move-out may be the least visible part of the show, but it can quickly become one of the most stressful when the process isn’t clear.
A smooth exit matters just as much as a smooth arrival.

The Basics Matter
Clear answers should not be revolutionary.
Neither should thoughtful service. We just think both should come standard.
