Our story starts at the New York Coliseum.
Nearly four decades later, a lot has changed. What hasn’t is how closely we stay connected to our clients, our people, and the outcomes.
We are still family owned, and that matters because ownership here is more than who owns the company. It shapes how we expect people to show up.
We give people room to think and use judgment, and expect them to speak up, solve what is in front of them, and see it through. We have grown, but that sense of ownership has never left us.
That starts with our owners, Patrick and Josie Perrino, who remain personally connected to the company, the team, and our clients, keeping us grounded as we continue to grow.

AEX Convention Services got its start in the event industry in New York and grew by finding better ways to serve clients, solve problems, and deliver events without simply following the usual playbook.

AEX Convention Services has grown in scale, capabilities, and reach, but the approach has stayed personal. AEX has expanded from its early roots into a national event and exhibit partner while keeping decision-making close to the work and relationships at the center.
