Every Exhibit
Starts Somewhere
Different
You may already know exactly what you want. You may have a few ideas but need help connecting the dots. Or you may simply know what you need the exhibit to accomplish and want a partner to help you figure out the rest.
We meet you where you are, ask the right questions, and guide you through the planning, design, refinement, and execution needed to create an exhibit that works for your brand, your team, your goals, and your show.
For some clients, that means helping shape an idea from the very beginning. For others, it means building on an established vision, adapting an existing exhibit, or solving a specific challenge.
The level of support may change, but the goal is always the same: to create an exhibit that looks great, functions the way you need it to, and makes sense for how you want to show up at the event.
Engineered for the Way You Exhibit
Our predesigned rental packages offer a streamlined approach to engineering your best exhibit.
Available in a variety of sizes, each modular package features an established layout with coordinated elements that include counters, seating, storage, and display components.
Simply choose the modular package that best fits your needs, or contact our exhibit team to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
Creatively configure rental inventory into something unique
Clients seeking greater flexibility and customization will find that all modular packages can serve as a jumping-off point.
Whether you already have a clear vision or need help developing one, our exhibit team can create a custom configuration using rental components tailored to better meet your goals and needs. We work with you to select the components that make sense for your exhibit and scale the design up or down to fit your desired footprint.
Through our trusted partners, we can also source and incorporate specialty décor and elements, such as greenery, premium furnishings, lighting, and more. This turnkey approach provides extensive creative freedom while making use of flexible, efficient rental inventory from AEX and our partners. We are happy to store any branding and graphics created for your exhibit for future use.
When your exhibit calls for something that rental inventory simply cannot provide, custom fabrication opens up a new level of possibility.
We can design and build purpose-made counters, structures, displays, architectural features, and other elements specifically for your brand and objectives, while still incorporating rental components where they make sense.
These custom-fabricated elements are owned by you and can be stored between events, reused from show to show, and combined with different rental components as your exhibit evolves.
For clients exhibiting at multiple events throughout the year, we can manage the moving parts of your entire tradeshow program.
We store and manage your owned exhibit inventory, including structures, portable displays, graphics, and branded elements, then pull and ship what each show requires. When your schedule, booth size, or overlapping events create gaps, we can supplement with rental inventory or additional custom-built elements.
We can also coordinate storage, shipping, installation, dismantle, and onsite labor as needed. The result is one flexible program that combines your owned assets with AEX rental inventory, custom fabrication, logistics, and labor based on what each event requires.
Design With Purpose
A Process Built Around You
A successful exhibit starts with understanding what the space actually needs to accomplish, not just what it should look like.
Understand the Business
Your brand, audience, objectives, past event experience, and what success should look like.
Plan the Space
How people will use it, including meetings, demonstrations, products, hospitality, storage, traffic flow, and team needs.
Think Beyond the Booth
Budget, space requirements, show selection, industry considerations, and where your investment can have the greatest impact.
Once we understand what the exhibit needs to accomplish, we determine how the space needs to work before deciding how it should look.
Plan the Experience
How people approach, enter, move, gather, engage, and interact with your team.
Build the Framework
Sightlines, meeting areas, demonstrations, products, hospitality, storage, technology, and the major elements that need to work together.
Give It Form
Structure, graphics, branding, furnishings, and the right mix of rental and custom elements turn that functional plan into a visual environment.
Seeing the idea take shape creates a different kind of conversation. We review it with you, question what is working, what could work harder, and what may no longer deserve a place.
Test the Experience
We look again at flow, function, visibility, interaction, and how the space will actually be used.
Refine the Design
Scale, materials, furnishings, graphics, branded elements, and configuration evolve as the concept gets sharper.
Engineer the Reality
Production, transportation, installation, onsite use, reuse, and budget stay in the conversation so refinement makes the design stronger, not simply prettier.
An exhibit may look like one finished environment, but getting it there requires dozens of decisions to stay connected from production through show site. This is where the thinking behind the design becomes something people can actually walk into, use, and experience.
Engineer the Build
Rental inventory, custom fabrication, graphics, furnishings, technology, and client owned assets come together around the approved design.
Coordinate the Moving Parts
Production, preparation, logistics, installation, and show site execution are managed as one connected process, not a series of handoffs.
Think Beyond One Show
Reusable assets, storage, changing footprints, and future events are considered so the exhibit can evolve instead of starting over every time.
