What can I contact AEX about?
Anything related to an upcoming event, trade show, conference, custom exhibit, exhibitor program, or other live experience. You can also reach out with a general question if you’re not sure where it fits.
Does AEX accept RFPs through the website?
Yes. AEX works with both formal RFPs and earlier-stage opportunities. RFPs and supporting information can be submitted through the website, and the appropriate AEX team will review the materials and follow up from there.
Can I contact AEX about an event that is already underway or currently under contract?
Yes. Whether you’re exploring a future opportunity or need help related to an existing AEX event or exhibit, the inquiry can be routed to the right team.
