Operations Team
We Make It Happen.
Trucks, labor, freight, carpet, schedules, curveballs. This is the team that turns the plan into the actual thing.
Operations
I’ve been in the events industry for 23 years, and the best part of this work is seeing the finished project. The most important thing I bring to the job? Having a plan. When it comes to a client’s vision, I believe in listening and having patience.
People are always surprised to learn I love a good chick flick — but if Samuel L. Jackson were narrating my life, it’d probably be a whole different kind of movie. I coached Little League in my 20s and 30s, and I’ve since graduated to watching TV from the couch. Nothing brightens my day like my wife, kids, and mother.
I’ve been in the events industry for 13 years, and to this day I’m amazed at how we take an empty room and turn it into something new. I bring my clients’ vision to life by putting myself in their shoes, but my secret skill is adaptability. There will always be something at showsite, so being able to adjust and keep moving is what matters most.
When I’m not on-site, I’m listening to music, watching anime, or playing with my dogs. My favorite place I’ve visited is Port Douglas, Australia. If there’s ever a place where I’d like to disappear, that would be it!
I’ve been with the company for five years, managing quality control and ensuring all equipment leaves the warehouse on time so we meet our deadlines. The best part of my job is meeting and working with people.
On the weekends, you’ll find me on the golf course. My favorite place I’ve visited is Vancouver, Canada, and my most-watched movie is The Sandlot.
I’ve been in the events industry for 38 years, and the best part of my job is accomplishing those daily feats, no matter how hard the circumstances. I lead and train the workforce wherever the job takes me, listen to the client’s needs, and explain the best strategy and time frame to get it done.
Here’s something people are always surprised to learn: I owned a bar for 25 years! My comfort food is an Atlantic City sub — and for the record, it’s a sub, not a hoagie.
I grew up in a family where nearly everyone worked in the trade show industry, so I’ve been in the business my whole life. The best part of my job is walking into an empty venue and watching it all come together by opening day. I make sure all shipments are accounted for, delivered to the right booth on time, and arrive safely. One of my strengths is how quickly I learn and adapt, even though I rarely mention it.
Outside of work, I have three hobbies: eating, sleeping, and shopping — in that order.
I’ve been in the events industry for 37 years, and the most important part of my role is managing the systems department to help deliver quality while tracking labor and material costs.
What most people don’t know about me is that I do competition BBQ cook-offs. When I’m not working or smoking a brisket, I’m in the yard or spending time with my grandbabies — they’re guaranteed to brighten any day.
I’ve been in the events industry for 20 years, and my job is making sure freight is handled safely, efficiently, and on schedule — and that the process supports our clients’ goals from start to finish.
What most people don’t know about me is that I play the guitar. It’s my go-to after hours, and the only thing that recharges me outside of spending time with my kids. I’ve watched The Sopranos more times than I can count, so it’s probably no surprise that my go-to karaoke pick is “Don’t Stop Believin’.” No apologies.
I’ve been in the industry for 22 years, and my job is balancing professionalism with the client while commanding respect from union labor across the country. Someone else puts the vision on paper, and then I take it from there.
I’m a nerd. If my life were a movie, Morgan Freeman would narrate it — he’ll make me sound important. My hobby is sleeping, my go-to karaoke pick is something you can hum, and if you need me on the weekend, I’m probably at work. My secret talent? I can fall asleep mid-conversation.
I love going above and beyond for our clients while staying within the budget. A successful event begins with pre-planning, too many team meetings to count, and site visits. People are always surprised to learn that I played ice hockey for 17 years — it’s probably because I’m so friendly! But I believe it doesn’t hurt to be kind, and something as simple as a smile can significantly improve everyone’s work experience.
I currently volunteer at a local farm just down the street from my house, and my girlfriend and I just adopted pet calf we’ve named Corazón.
I’ve been with the company for 28 years, and the most important part of my job is the team we’ve built. When a client shares their vision, I listen and use whatever creativity I’ve got to help make it happen.
On weekends, you’ll find me on the beach with my wife and dog. I’m also a woodworker. Nothing brightens my day like spending time with my family, ideally over a pork roll and cheese sandwich.
I’ve been in the events industry for 35 years. The best part of my job is still the simplest one: coming into the office every day. Communication is everything in this role, and when it comes to a client’s vision, I listen carefully to their requests and demands.
People are always surprised to learn I’m a grandmother. Outside of work, I love gardening and good food — let’s not pretend otherwise. My dream vacation is Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic, and flowers are always guaranteed to brighten my day.
I’ve been in this industry for 34 years, and one of the most important parts of my role is making sure events run smoothly and stay profitable. That takes teamwork, problem-solving, and a whole lot of adaptability.
People are always surprised to learn that I actually take time off. When I do, I disappear on a hiking trip by jumping on I-10 and flipping a coin. Some of my favorite places I’ve visited are Edinburgh, London, Paris, and the Pacific Coast. Next, I’m headed to Alaska and Norway, where I hope to see the Northern Lights.
I’ve been in the events industry for 32 years, and the most important part of my job is making sure our services are consistent and exceptional, no matter the city or venue. That means establishing policies and procedures that the whole team can rely on.
People are usually surprised by my cultural diversity — and my comedic relief. When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me riding my motorcycle with my wife, doing home improvements, or pulling off card tricks. And if someone puts on Star Wars, I’m not going anywhere.
I’ve spent 40 years in this industry. My work today is driven by two aims: building cohesive teams and helping individuals grow through mentorship. I enjoy creating a strong work culture and seeing the team operate at a high level. Client satisfaction is just as rewarding: delivering results that meet or exceed expectations means knowing all the hard work made an impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy drawing and painting. I don’t like to touch chalk, though. I’m dead serious — don’t hand me chalk. If I’m not with my grandkids, I’m probably detailing an antique car or heading off to a baseball game.
